I accept Pay Pal and debit/credit cards.  Payment is due at time of purchase.

All packages are sent USPS Priority mail with tracking.  Shipped to US addresses only.

Because the dolls are handcrafted, I am not able to offer any refunds on ready to ship dolls or custom dolls.  If items were damaged during shipping, I will work with you to resolve the issue.  Please return within 7 days of receipt of the item.  Buyer pays for return shipping.
